Biography
Single: Untouchable out 13th July
Album: Living In Stereo out 21st July

Nick Howard could never be accused of sitting still….Following an 18 month stretch in which the Brighton born Singer/Songwriter has played 250 shows across Europe and the US, enjoyed his first number 1, packed in several headlining tours and even managed to learn German in two months and win the hugely popular TV show The Voice of Germany, British Singer/Songwriter Nick Howard is set to release his latest album ‘Living In Stereo’ this Summer following several months of writing and recording in Los Angeles, London, New York and Nashville.

‘Living In Stereo’ includes his latest single 'Untouchable' (co-written and produced with Grammy nominated writer/producer Toby Gad) which was released in Europe at the beginning of the year and has been supported by fantastic radio play & several TV appearances including a performance in front of 1 million people at the Brandenburg Gate on New Year's Eve. The single reached the top 10 on the German mainstream radio charts (the only independent release in the Top 20) and following the German release was released in Italy where it made the Top 20 on iTunes and was the most played independent song on Italian radio.

Nick’s musical journey began in New York, where he had moved as a 21 year old to pursue his music career. He spent several years working various 9-5 jobs (where he would secretly work on booking gigs and writing lyrics) in addition to working as a waiter and bartender at night (where he claims he was the worst bartender in the city) to support his dream.  He would write, record and perform whenever and wherever possible (he jokes that his first show was at such an obscure venue even the Google van couldn't find it) and by having his music used over forty times in TV shows such as The Hills, Jersey Shore, Pretty Little Liars, Switched at Birth, Army Wives, LA Ink and 90210, Nick was able to support himself as an independent artist.

After touring with bands such as Lifehouse, Boyce Avenue and Tyler Ward in Europe and supporting the likes of Train, Gavin DeGraw and Jack Johnson in the US, Nick managed to build a loyal fan base in both continents and auditioned for 'The Voice of Germany' as a way to introduce his music to a bigger audience, choosing Germany because his fans there were the first to embrace and support his music. Nick learned to speak German just two months before the first show. The day after his blind audition, his social media numbers had doubled, and since winning he has reached over 100,000 ‘likes’ on Facebook and amassed millions of views of his videos on YouTube.

Following the show, Nick saw his winning single 'Unbreakable' reach number 1 on iTunes in 3 countries. He won the competition with over 40% of the vote and his subsequent album 'Stay Who You Are' debuted at number 1 on iTunes. In the show’s finale, Nick performed with Robbie Williams (which was particularly special as seeing Robbie Williams in Brighton was one of Nick's first gigs as a teenager) and sang the hit single ‘Read All About It’ with Emeli Sandé, the recording of which flew up the iTunes charts upon it’s release and has since had over 35 million plays on Spotify.

After spending most of 2013 on the road in Europe and the US, Nick moved to Los Angeles to record his next album. Nick has written with some of the best names in the industry who’s combined credits include Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Olly Murs, Robbie Williams, Miley Cyrus, Pink, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and countless others.

‘Living In Stereo’ will be released worldwide this Summer through Satellite Music, a label Nick co-founded after feeling that having had the ‘major label experience’, he preferred to move forward independently citing a lack of creativity, energy and passion he’d experienced while on a major.

On the back of the album release, Nick will headline his own European Tour in Autumn.
